You'll move from drill to skill.Â
2 LIVE SUNDAY CLASSES
REPLAYS INCLUDED
🔵 Class 1: Inversion Training
Start with Ella's efficient gymnastics-based-warm-ups so your body is prepared for the work ahead.
Then explore the month's focus-anything from linking your handstand shapes to unlocking your press to handstand.Â
Each class includes options for both Intermediate and Advanced students.
🔵 Class 2: Yin for Mobility & Recovery
A slow, intentional practice designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and you recover from inversion training.
You'll create space in the areas that are limiting your inversions while learning how to slow down and regulate your nervous system.Â

Â
Ella is a former elite Romanian gymnast and senior yoga teacher specializing in vinyasa-inspired movement and targeted drills for handstands and press work.Â
Her approach is rooted in precision, awareness, and structured progression—helping students understand not just what to do, but how to feel it in their body.
She is known for her ability to break down advanced skills into clear manageable steps.Â
Her students call her "Eagle Eyes" for her ability to spot small details that change everything.
"At 54, with no yoga experience, I spent months trying social media handstand programs without success.
Within just one month of joining Ellavate, I achieved a straight 30s handstand hold!
I can't praise enough the dedication, knowledge, and expertise of this exceptional coach. I feel truly blessed to be part of this amazing community."
-Ilana from U.K.
"I'm a 61 year old who's been doing Ella's classes for almost 2 years. I honestly think I'm stronger now than at any point in my life! Her classes give me so much energy, as well as strength.Â
Being upside down is like a shot of espresso! And she has created such a lovely community that all plays together and shares our experiences."
-Cindy from Dallas
"When Ella first had the 'pleasure of working with me,' I had a very basic kick-up at the wall. No balance, no confidence away from the wall—plus my line was flimsy to say the least.
Now I'm consistenly working on freeestyle holds and press handstand in the pipeline! "
-Paul from UK
"Ella has an extremely trained eye tht will quickly spot your weaknesses and strength. She has transformed my handstands and practice.Â
She is a genuine gem of a yoga and inversions teacher and I couldn't recommend her enough."
-Carmen from Spain
"I'm so grateful for Ella's live zoom classes for helping me stay motivated!Â
Thanks to Ella's strategic drills, specific cues and immediate feedback (she misses nothing!!) I can see massive improvements in my strength and alignment."
-Diane from EnglandÂ
"When I first started working on handstands, I honestly thought I would never get it. That's where Ella completely changed the game for me.
Instead of just pushing me to 'hold a handstand," Ella broke it down into drills that actually made sense—and build my confidence step by step."Â
 -Yvonne from Tennessee

"With more than 25 years as a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I place high value on intelligent, effective coaching.
Working with Ella has been truly transformative. Her precise cues create clarity, cofidence, and real progress. She is an exceptional coach who meets her students with skill, patience, humour, and deep expertise."
-Barbara from North Carolina
"Ella's online handstand classes are fabulous. The lessons are impeccably planned. Over the course of the month each class builds on the previous. The best part is the ability to post videos in the private FB group and get personal feedback.
The added bonus is the weekly Yin class to relieve muscle tension from the inversion practice. "
-Leigh from U.K.
"Best investment I’ve ever made! I never believed I could do anything like this and wouldn’t have dared try without the support of this group!Â
I have learned more than I ever dreamed possible! Grateful every single day."
-Tannis N. from Canada
"Ella’s classes are challenging (in a good way!), always fun and include options for every ability. The level of personal attention is second to none - Ella is warm, nurturing and cares about each member of her handstand community like family.
Her yin classes are the perfect antidote to handstands and you will emerge from her program a stronger and bendier hand balancer!"
-Ai Lean from U.K.Â
"Ella’s Membership classes include a fab mix of inversion training, lots of gymnastic flexibility, some yummy yin and a such a friendly community.
I'm 60 next year and never thought I’d ever be able to do a forearm stand as they have always scared me … but with great drills and Ella’s coaching, magic really happens  :))) ""
-Veronica M. from U.K.
"Since working with Ella, I've discovered the magic of progression drills.
Over time, they've translated into effortless kick-ups, longer holds, and a deeper understanding—our body is incredibly strong when it works as a unit not as independent parts trying to hold us up."
